The next are more enjoyable, especially for women who like shopping as our first stop is at a local drum market.\u00a0 We have to\u00a0impose a time limit or negotiations can last too long.\u00a0\u00a0 Next stop is at the Equator and here we\u00a0learn (or are fooled) about\u00a0the effect the earth\u2019s spin has on the way water moves down a drain. \u00a0We feast on local muffins and guacamole and chips for lunch.<\/p>\n<p>The rest of the drive day is taken up by extremes in the back of the truck, especially with the tarps up.\u00a0 Extreme reading, trying to read and keep the pages of the book from flapping.\u00a0 Extreme hairstyles this is just amusing.\u00a0 The most exciting is however extreme cards, trying to play a card game and having the same amount of cards in the pack at the end of the day as there was in the beginning of the day.\u00a0\u00a0 All these activities make the miles roll by.<\/p>\n<p>Chain of Shame was worn by Carolyn.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Tip of the day:<\/em><\/strong> You cannot expect to have a hairstyle in Africa.
