6<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We treat ourselves this morning with a special breakfast of sausages, bacon, baked beans, eggs, toast and a mixed\u00a0fruit salad.<\/p>\n<p>We are sad\u00a0to say goody\u00a0to\u00a0the\u00a0people\u00a0here\u00a0at Rafiki\u00a0in Kisoro &#8211; we\u00a0were well\u00a0looked after for three good\u00a0days\u00a0here.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_1403\" we\u00a0 are\u00a0 ready\u00a0 to hit the\u00a0 road <a title=\"African Overland\" href=\"http:\/\/www.go-overland.com\/comm\/directory.php\">overland\u00a0<\/a> today\u00a0 we only\u00a0 have\u00a0 about \u00a080 km to Kabale\u00a0 town\u00a0 so\u00a0 it\u2019s an\u00a0easy\u00a0 day, and from there on to the beautiful campsite at Lake Bunyoni<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_1404\" style=\"width: to\u00a0quad biking\u00a0to helping out in the local schools there is a lot of exciting excursions to do here.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_1412\" style=\"width: 310px\" class=\"wp-caption started\u2026\u2026\u2026.\u00a0 how\u00a0 good\u00a0 are\u00a0 the\u00a0 Kenyan runners\u00a0?<\/p>\n<p>I \u00a0decided\u00a0 to\u00a0 give\u00a0 it \u00a0ago yesterday\u00a0 morning &#8211; To represent my country\u00a0and\u00a0to be\u00a0 honest\u00a0 it\u00a0 was\u00a0 not as tough as I had expected.\u00a0Running\u00a0with a Kenyan was\u00a0 Juels\u00a0 and Angelo, our driver.<\/p>\n<p>We\u00a0found\u00a0 this\u00a0\u00a0 dirt track which was\u00a0highly\u00a0 recommended\u00a0 for those\u00a0 who like jogging as there was\u00a0 no traffic at all. Some\u00a0kids\u00a0joined\u00a0us on the\u00a0 way, women and men waving\u00a0from their\u00a0 homes others\u00a0 from their\u00a0 gardens.
