Thankfully, wine tasting was not scheduled for our first day there and it was a quiet night for most.<\/p>\n<p>Next morning it was a 10.30am departure for the wine tour today.  Everyone went and discovered the joy of the local wine and cheese that were on offer.  Unsurprisingly most came back slightly inebriated, which started a fun evening out on the town in Stellenbosch.
