A safari from the savanna plains of East Africa and the dramatic scenery of the Rift Valley to visit magical Zanzibar and Lake Malawi, to stand by the mighty Zambezi as it plummets 100 metres over Victoria Falls, climb the monumental dunes of Namibia, arriving in Cape Town at the foot of Table Mountain at the end of our journey.

With game drives in the very best of East and Southern Africa's game parks... Nakuru National Park, centred around a soda lake, home to black and white rhino, greater and lesser flamingo, hippo, lion, leopard and giraffe. Camping by papyrus fringed Lake Naivasha to cycle into Ol Njorowa Gorge in Hells Gate surrounded by the evidence of past volcanic history and to view game as it congregates at the water holes - zebra, gazelle and hartebeest. Then to the vast grassy plains of the Masai Mara, the stage for the world famous migration of wildebeest, Thomson's gazelle and zebra and in consequence a great chance to see the Big Cats, and on to the world famous Serengeti and the ancient caldera, Ngorongoro Crater. South Luangwa (season pending) for evening game drives, a houseboat cruise on Lake Kariba, Chobe National Park for a game cruise, Etosha for three nights and a mokoro safari through the tranquil waterways of the Okavango Delta.

With time to visit a traditional Maasai village, Nairobis Elephant Orphanage and The Giraffe Park, and adventure plus - walking with the lions in the African bush, white water rafting on grade 5 rapids on the Zambezi, bungee jumping, quad biking, sandboarding and sky diving over the Namib desert.

Explore local villages, wander the meandering streets of Stone Town, Zanzibar, and unwind on the island's white beaches. Scuba dive and snorkel with the dolphins in turquoise waters, and visit the giant tortoise on Prison Island. Barter in the famous carving markets of Malawi, enjoy sundowners as the sun sets on the Zambezi River at Victoria Falls with hippo languidly cruising nearby, discover the creatures of the desert with a guide on the dunes in Namibia and at our journeys end take the cable car to the top of Table Mountain, Cape Town.
